Professional Experience

Mr. Cook's practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate conveyancing law, corporate law, and probate. In addition, Mr. Cook advises many businesses and local communities. He has extensive experience in conveyancing law, where he serves a large client base of residential land developers for sales and rentals in the Commonwealth. Additionally, he has experience in business litigation, business dissolutions, debt collections and construction litigation in state and federal courts.
