Experience
Ms. DeLuzio is the firm’s Senior Business and Real Estate litigators. She is an accomplished trial attorney who has tried cases in numerous Massachusetts courts, as well as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Additionally, Ms. DeLuzio has argued before the Appeals Court of Massachusetts and the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, including a case of first impression that was noted in Lawyers' Weekly as one of the top 100 cases for that year.
Further, Ms. DeLuzio handles the firm's employment matters and provides pre-litigation counseling to public and private employers. She advises and assists clients in maintaining compliance with employment laws and minimizing the effects of litigation. She also conducts workplace training on sexual harassment and anti-discrimination issues and has served as an independent investigator for employers faced with internal investigation claims.

Activities
Ms. DeLuzio is an active member of the Advisory Counsel for Bentley Women’s Leadership Institute and is a past member of the Northeastern University School of Law Aumna/ae Board. She also has taught at Northeastern University in the paralegal and the graduate accounting programs and has served on the curriculum development committee for the Legal Nurse Consulting Program.
Ms. DeLuzio is a Town Meeting member in Needham. She also serves as an Exam Grader for the Board of Bar Examiners. Additionally, she serves as a panelist and chair for MCLE continuing legal education seminars and has participated in the Massachusetts Bar Association's mock trial program as a judge.
