Professional Experience

Mr. Hiatt, the firm’s founder and Senior Partner, has broad government and private sector experience. Formerly appointed an Assistant District Attorney for Bronx County, New York, Mr. Hiatt’s governmental background emphasized investigation, negotiation and litigation of complex white-collar criminal offenses. Today, Mr. Hiatt concentrates his practice in business and corporate law, conflict resolution, litigation and conveyancing.

He also serves as a professional independent trustee for a number of high net worth families.

Civic Activities

Mr. Hiatt is a member of the Board of Directors of the Weston Metco Scholarship Fund. He is also a Trustee of The A.M. Fund, a private charitable foundation, and he serves on the Advisory Committee of LeapLaw.
