Professional Experience

Ms. Hiatt is managing partner and oversees all of the firms practice groups. She concentrates her individual practice in litigation, estate planning and probate. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hiatt served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York where she prosecuted hundreds of major street crime and homicide cases. 

Civic Activites

Currently, Ms. Hiatt is the Publications Editor of the Law Practice Management Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association.  Additionally, she serves on the Community Outreach Committee, Diversity and Development Committees at Dedham Country Day School and she is Co-Chair of the Annual Fund.

Juris Doctorate, 1992, Northeastern University School of Law; Bachelor of Arts, 1987, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Admitted to Practice: 1992 Massachusetts; 1993 New York; 1998 United States District Court, Massachusetts.

Member: Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association.

Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Ms. Hiatt now lives with her husband and three children in Milton, Massachusetts.
