Experience
Ms. Hiatt is Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s litigation matters. She routinely represents clients in a myriad of matters such as fraud, breach of contract, sexual harassment, discrimination, breach of fiduciary duty, business disputes and white-collar criminal defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hiatt served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York where she prosecuted hundreds of major street crime and homicide cases.
Additionally, Ms. Hiatt’s practice includes counseling and advising businesses and corporations.

Currently, Ms. Hiatt is a member of the Law Practice Management Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Additionally, she serves on the Community Outreach Committee at Dedham Country Day School.
